Frequently Asked Questions

Unpainted kits and models can be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks as we like to ensure that only the highest quality prints leave us and will reprint the failures as many times as it takes to get the perfect print.

Painted kits/models can take up to 6 weeks to make their way to you. We aim to complete turnaround as quickly as possible but we also don't want to rush the job and leave you dissatisfied with the result.

All of our miniatures are printed in Water Washable UV resin and are intended to be painted by the buyer unless you select for your model to be painted by us. We are constantly trying new resins to improve on print detail and strength so what you get may change from order to order.

Generally speaking we print in a mid to dark grey, but have been playing other colors as well, however these aren't necessarily kept on hand.

Our priority has always been on durability and print quality. 

If we're painting your model for you we use a vast array of different paints from acrylics and oils to enamels and inks, all from various manufacturers.

Unfortunately due to also working full time alongside this store, we don't have the time nor space to be able to print, paint and store every model pre-listing.

Any models we do get to paint will have some photos of the painted model added to the listings.

We will also highlight our most recent painted models on the Home page.

We currently print everything on Elegoo Saturn 2 8k printers at a 50um (0.05mm) layer height.

On occasion, we may use the Mars 3 4k printers to prints lower detailed parts such as bases.
