Shipping policy

General:

- The models will be delivered unprimed and unassembled. We advise the use of superglue for joining the parts together.

- Since the models are printed, there are supports needed for the printing process. We will remove (most) of the supports before curing the models, however there might still be some slight/small supports present when the model is being shipped which will need removing.

- All models will be printed with a layer height of 0,05 mm with grey resin, washed in IPA and thoroughly cured before shipping.

- Printing in other resins (for example translucent resins or extra tough) is possible on demand against adjusted costs. If you so wish, please contact us to inform about the possibilities and costs involved.

Licenses & Copyrights:

- We have obtained merchant licenses from our partners of all physical miniatures/scale models we offer for sale.

- It is forbidden to copy, scan or replicate any miniature or part thereof without consent of the creator involved. Please respect the creations and the intellectual properties of the creators involved.

Delivery Times:

- All products listed are for the most part printed to order and as such the fabrication process as a whole, including cleanup and packaging, can take a while depending on how may orders we have in progress. We aim to have a quick turnaround from an order being placed to shipping however, you should allow between 7-10 working days for your items to be shipped.

- If there is any reason for your order to take longer than 7-10 working days within the fabrication process, we will notify you personally via e-mail and explain any delays.

Shipping:

- Domestic orders are sent out via Royal Mail Signed delivery services, these are tracked at the point of drop-off and delivery and require a signature on receipt.

- International orders are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed delivery services, these are tracked throughout every stage of the delivery and require a signature on receipt.

- As each model is made out of resin, some small & thin parts can be prone to breaking. We take the upmost care to ensure this doesn't happen with our packaging, however in the case that this does happen and it is beyond self-repair with a touch of superglue, contact us either through live chat on the website or via email at antony@mumbleprints3d.store so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
